The Digga Mega drive range is not for the faint hearted and is the ultimate in Mega high torque performance up to 200,000Nm. Fitted with the world first I-Drive hydraulic motor system these units are able to utilize the total available horsepower of your machine to deliver maximum power to the application. Designed for maximum efficiency, easy fitment and reduction of operator error (i.e. no need for case drain) these units are bullet proof.

I-Drive

Fully Australian Designed and Manufactured, the WORLD FIRST Digga 'I-Drives' are high capacity, compact, hydraulic drive systems fitted to Digga Hi Torque Planetary Gearboxes. Designed to fit 12 - 50 Tonne excavators for the installation of ground screw anchors, core barrelling and foundation drilling.

The cost effective I-Drive systems can fully utilize the total available horse power of the machine, accepting flows 375, 500, 750 & 1000 lpm with single/dual or three speed options (high speed/low torque, mid speed/mid torque, low speed/high torque)

No Case Drain Required
No Complex hose, valving or filtration
No Detuning of machine required
In built Pressure Relief Valve as standard
1-2 and 3 speeds available up to 1,000 lpm.

Swoosh Valve - Screw Anchor Bypass Valve

A revolutionary flow reversal bypass valve called a "swoosh" valve is fitted to the manifold to control the rapid induced decompression of oil caused by the application of screw anchoring. (Optional extra fitted to the new "I-Drive" manifold system.)

Protects motor from rapid decompression of oil.

Rhino Hitch

Specifically designed to handle the torsional loads of anchors and screw piling. The Rhino Hitch allows the operator to cradle the drive up to a 90 degree angle for easy connection to augers or anchors.
