Digga wishes to advise that as of Monday, January 21 our service division known as Digga Service will be amalgamated back into the respective Digga and Kanga Loader businesses.
For the past three years Digga Service has operated as the service and spares supplier for both Digga Australia and Kanga Loaders. While the company has been very successful at supplying quality after sales service to both brands, we’ve decided to streamline our operations in the light of Kanga’s move into its own facility next month.
Kanga’s move comes four years after Digga salvaged the brand from the jaws of bankruptcy.It’s taken a great deal of resources to re-build the iconic Australian manufacturer, but with strong management and staff in place, coupled with better than expected sales performances over the past 12 months, the time has come for Kanga to stand on its own two feet.As a result,Kanga will now manage its after sales support internally through an existing sales force and dealer network.
Digga attachment servicing and spare part sales will be incorporated back into the Digga Australia business, affectively ceasing the operations of our dedicated service division.
In Queensland the Digga attachment after sales team has moved back to our head office at 4 Octal St, Yalata. Kanga will remain at 127 Lahrs Rd, Ormeau.
