We are thrilled to share some exciting news regarding the leadership structure at the Digga Group of Companies. Today marks a significant milestone as we announce a transition in our Executive Team.
After 35 years of incredible service, including the last 5 year as CEO, Alan Wade will be stepping down from his role as CEO, effective January 1st, 2024. Throughout his career, Alan has been a key member of the Digga family and has left a lasting mark on our business, and we are pleased to inform you that he will continue contributing as a Director of the Digga Group of Companies. His ongoing guidance and wealth of knowledge and experience will play a crucial role in driving future growth of our business units.
With this news in mind, we are delighted to introduce Zoe Davies as the incoming CEO of the Digga Group, effective from January 1st, 2024. Zoe has been an integral part of our team since 2011, demonstrating a deep understanding of our organisation having worked in most departments over the last 12 years. With this unique set of skills and experience within our business, combined with her higher education degrees in Human Resources and International Business along with an Executive MBA, we have full confidence in Zoe’s ability to lead our Company towards continued success.
This transition is the result of extensive succession planning to ensure the seamless delivery of our high-quality products to our global market. Zoe's leadership will further strengthen our strategic growth plans, while upholding our core values as a family-owned and operated business.
This exciting milestone marks the commencement of the second generation of family leadership overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Digga Group.
